the location was very convenient. it was a short walk to the cruise port and several good restaurants. the staff were pleasant and helpful when i needed assistance.
the street outside was a bit noisy at times.

the room had a comfortable king bed and plush robes in the closet. tea, coffee, and chocolates were provided daily. a nesspresso coffee machine was also available in the room.

the hotel is in a central area close to gastown. it is on a city bus route, made getting around easy. the waterfront station is also an easy walk from the hotel.

the staff arranged a cab for me to get to the airport. they also allowed me to store my luggage prior to check-in. the front desk staff were helpful .

helpful staffample spacecentral location
the staff helped store my bags before my late flight they also provided a shower facilities the hotel is near many restaurants so dining was simple. the room had ample space for luggage and movement it was also stylish the location is near most major attractions.
the pipes rattled occasionally it was not all the time though.
